For lab managers
Time back for the people running the lab.
The paperwork that proves staff are qualified and current lands on the same managers who run the schedule. These modules take the chasing off their plate.
Roster and Credentials
One profile per person: role, benches, licenses and certifications with expiry, diploma or transcript, duties and continuing education. LMOS checks each file against the personnel-record items accreditors look for, chases missing documents, reminds before anything lapses and drafts the annual roster audit. You sign it.
Manager Brief and Reports
One page each morning: what needs your signature, who is overdue or expiring, upcoming inspections and proficiency-testing dates, coverage gaps this week. Monthly reports for leadership are built from aggregate counts.
Skills and Coverage Matrix
Who is competent on which procedure, drawn from competency records. It flags single points of failure, tracks refresher dates and keeps a replacement matrix for absences.
Onboarding Planner
A plan built from the role and the procedures the person will perform: orientation checklist, trainers, schedule, first-year competency calendar, and a signed clearance for each procedure.
Coverage Checker
Import your own schedule and LMOS checks each bench shift against competency and credentials using fixed rules, flags gaps, and suggests qualified cover. You decide and publish. It is not a time clock and not payroll.
Performance and Development
Check-ins, goals and development plans from your own templates. LMOS assembles the facts, such as training completed and competency dates, into a draft that you edit. It never scores or ranks anyone.
Ground rules
- No patient data appears in schedules, notes or records.
- Agents prepare and managers decide. No automated scoring, ranking or discipline advice.
- Qualification checks use fixed rules you can read, not a model's guess.
- Performance records stay separate from competency records, which are their own required record.
- Personnel data follows your HR policy, with access limited to the manager and HR.
- Modules that touch people-related decisions are reviewed by employment-law counsel before release.
